FelonyAlaska Court System

A Fairbanks criminal case, 4FA-26-02078CR, was filed on Oct. 13 against Daniel Zachary Schwietert on one count: robbery in the first degree, armed with a deadly weapon, AS 11.41.500(a)(1), a Class A felony, offence-dated Oct. 12, 2026 at Fairbanks. The original charge is the same. The indicted-charge and amended-charge fields are empty and the docket records an initial charging document filed as an information on Oct. 13, so the case is on a complaint and no grand jury has heard it. The count is not recorded as domestic violence related and carries no charge modifier. The case judge is Temple.

An arraignment was held on Oct. 13 at 1:30 p.m. in Courtroom 102, counsel was appointed from the bench, and a temporary order with release conditions was entered. Preliminary hearings are calendared for Oct. 22 and Nov. 2, both in Courtroom 102. The docket carries five rows, all dated Oct. 13.

Three Class C felony assault counts filed at the Nenana court over offences recorded at Fairbanks

FelonyAlaska Court System

4NE-26-00103CR, Gregory S Ashley, was filed at the Nenana court and carries six counts, all offence-dated Oct. 9, 2026 with an offence location of Fairbanks. Counts 4, 5 and 6 are assault in the third degree, repeat threat of death or injury, AS 11.41.220(a)(2), Class C felonies. Count 1 is driving under the influence of alcohol, a Class A misdemeanour; count 2 is assault in the fourth degree causing fear of injury, a Class A misdemeanour; count 3 is driving with a licence revoked for a criminal offence, a Class A misdemeanour. The case judge is Peterson.

The case is filed at Nenana and the offences are recorded at Fairbanks, which is the ordinary pattern for this court and the reason a count of cases by court prefix is not a count of events by place. He is charged, not convicted.

Weekly charges report: 45 Fairbanks cases, 4 at Nenana, 2 at Delta Junction, none at Healy for an eighteenth week

Alaska Court System

The Alaska Court System's weekly criminal charges report carries the stamp Report Run Date 10/13/2026 9:01 pm and the window 10/7/2026 to 10/13/2026, across 66 pages, against 56 pages on the previous run. Read in full for the four Interior court prefixes, it lists 45 cases at Fairbanks, 4 at Nenana, 2 at Delta Junction and no Healy section at all, which is an eighteenth consecutive week. The word Healy does not appear anywhere in the report, for a second consecutive week.

The offence-location column, scanned separately from the case prefixes, records 85 charge lines at Fairbanks, 5 at Delta Junction, 3 at North Pole, 1 at Ester and 1 at Nenana, and none at Fort Wainwright, Eielson, Salcha, Minto, Anderson, Clear, Healy, Two Rivers, Moose Creek or Fox. Four charge lines are recorded at Tanana and four at Tok, both outside the coverage area.

The Fairbanks list runs from 4FA-26-02041CR to 4FA-26-02050CR with the numbers 02042 to 02049 absent, for a fifth consecutive run. The window rolled forward over Oct. 5 and Oct. 6, so 4FA-26-02024CR is no longer printed by the report. The report's window closes at 9 p.m. and is therefore short of its own last filing day.

The criminal dispositions report has not refreshed in two days

Alaska Court System

The Alaska Court System's criminal dispositions report carries the footer stamp Data updated 10/12/2026 at 4:00 am and the header Case Closed Between 9/1/2026 to 10/12/2026, both unchanged from the previous reading. The file runs to 237 pages, unchanged. Walked in full for the four Interior court prefixes it carries 182 distinct Fairbanks case numbers, 11 at Nenana, 6 at Delta Junction and none at Healy, every figure identical to the previous reading.

Freshness is read from the footer stamp and not from the page count. Nothing is inferred from an unmoved file about what the court has closed since the stamp.

A change of plea and two felony arraignments are calendared at Fairbanks today

Alaska Court System

4FA-26-01644CR, Cody Steven Rudolph-Munro, carries a change of plea calendared for Oct. 14 at 9:15 a.m. in Courtroom 201. The omnibus hearing of Dec. 10 and the trial week of Jan. 4, 2027 are both now recorded Hearing Vacated. The file carries five counts including two Class C felonies, assault in the third degree causing injury with a weapon and criminal mischief in the third degree, offence-dated Aug. 23 at North Pole. A change of plea is a calendared event; no plea or outcome is recorded on the file at the time of reading and none is asserted here.

4DJ-26-00060CR, Nicholas Gene Dollar, carries an arraignment calendared for Oct. 14 at 1:30 p.m. in Courtroom 402. Following a grand jury return the file prints count 1 as arson in the second degree, AS 11.46.410, a Class B felony, recorded as an indicted count and as domestic violence related, offence-dated Oct. 1 at Delta Junction, with a Class A misdemeanour criminal mischief count.

4NE-26-00096CR, Krista Marie Zappone, carries an arraignment calendared for Oct. 14 at 1:30 p.m. in Courtroom 402. The charge list expanded past the display fold shows five counts numbered 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 against a pagination control stating a total of six; the file states nothing about a count at number 5 and no mechanism is asserted. Count 6 is burglary in the first degree in a dwelling, a Class B felony as indicted, with an original charge of burglary in the second degree, a Class C felony. The offence locations are Denali National Park and Cantwell, both outside the coverage area; the case is carried because it is filed at the Nenana court and heard at the Fairbanks courthouse. All three are charged, not convicted.

One trooper item arrived late onto Monday; the city bulletin returned no rows for two complete days

Alaska State Troopers

The Alaska State Troopers daily dispatch page for Oct. 14 was not posted at the time of reading: the header reads Alaska State Troopers Press Release of with no date after it, the body carries only the global no-news line and the page shows no detachment headings. No figure is claimed for Oct. 14.

The D Detachment block on the Oct. 13 page holds two items where it held one when that page was read a day earlier; the item added is the warrant arrest carried above. The pages for Oct. 12, Oct. 11, Oct. 10, Oct. 9, Oct. 8, Oct. 7, Oct. 6, Oct. 5 and Oct. 4 are unchanged, at three, two, five, five, nine, four, four, two and five items. The Wildlife Troopers and Alaska Bureau of Investigation blocks were read separately on every page.

The Fairbanks Police Department daily bulletin returned 0 Found for Oct. 14 with the header confirmed at 03:23, on a day three hours old, which is a count at the moment of reading and nothing more. It returned 0 Found for Oct. 13 and for Oct. 12, each a complete calendar day with the dated header confirmed. Oct. 11 holds two rows, Oct. 10 three, Oct. 9 six, Oct. 8 eight, all unchanged. No dated page on the city feed moved, for a third consecutive morning. The bulletin covers the city of Fairbanks only; death investigations and anything outside city limits never appear on it.

The Fairbanks Police Department's Facebook page was reached and a login wall limits it to a single visible post, so the feed is recorded as partially reached rather than read. The department's own case number on that post is 26-3144, while the last case number the daily bulletin has published is 26003123, from Oct. 11. No mechanism is asserted; these case numbers are not established here as sequential or complete.

Twelve case numbers the court prints that the public database will not confirm, unchanged for a sixth morning

Alaska Court System

Twelve Fairbanks-area case numbers returned No Records Found on a CourtView case-number search at the time of reading: 4FA-26-01862CR, 4FA-26-01904CR, 4FA-26-01933CR, 4FA-26-01934CR, 4FA-26-01984CR, 4FA-26-02004CR, 4FA-26-02006CR, 4FA-26-02008CR, 4FA-26-02013CR, 4FA-26-02018CR, 4FA-26-02024CR and 4NE-26-00100CR. The set is unchanged for a sixth consecutive morning, with none added and none removed.

4NE-26-00100CR is printed in the weekly charges report with a defendant name, an arrest tracking number, a named judge and one count recorded as charging document pending at Nenana, offence-dated Oct. 7, and the case-number search denies it. 4FA-26-02024CR has now rolled off the weekly report's window, so the court no longer prints it; it remains in the court's dispositions file.

No mechanism is asserted for any of the twelve. Five further numbers beyond the end of each printed series were searched and returned No Records Found, which establishes what those searches returned at that minute and places no ceiling on what exists.

One item added to the state press index, from outside the area, and nothing published on the dismissed murder charge

Alaska Department of Law

The Alaska Department of Law press index carries 156 release anchors under its 2026 path, against 155 on each of the three previous mornings by the same method. The item added is dated 10/12/26 and concerns a Kodiak sentencing for failing to pay child support, which is outside the coverage area. The newest item inside the coverage area remains the 10/05/26 release recording a Fairbanks conviction on two Class B felony counts of sexual abuse of a minor in the second degree, already carried.

Six days after the court recorded the single first-degree murder count in 4FA-26-00112CR as dismissed on a finding that the defendant was incompetent, the department has published nothing about it. A dismissed charge is not a conviction and the court file states no finding about the alleged conduct.

The U.S. Attorney index for the District of Alaska carries twelve rows, every one of them identical in membership to the two previous transcriptions. The newest row is dated Oct. 7 and is outside the coverage area; nothing inside the coverage area on that index is newer than Sept. 18. A direct request from this record's own network was refused at the gateway, and the index was read by another non-browser route rather than written off.

The News-Miner public safety column carries a new column dated Oct. 13; above the subscription wall it shows one category heading and nothing is claimed about what sits behind the wall. The KTVF crime index carries 50 rows and its newest Interior item remains the Sept. 18 report on the Bentley Drive double fatality. Your Alaska Link carries nothing inside the coverage area newer than its Oct. 8 write-up of the Fairbanks sexual abuse conviction. No newsroom read here has published an Interior crime item in six days.
